WA16 Local Delivery 

We offer Free Standard Local Delivery (2-3 working days excluding weekends) to all WA16 postcodes please select this option at checkout – please note if this option is selected and your postcode isn’t a WA16 prefix then we will have to cancel your order.

WA16 Same Day Delivery £4 – Orders must be placed before Midday to qualify – please select at checkout.

Please Note; If you are not ‘local’ (WA16), your Order Value will be Refunded minus a cost of £1.99 towards the expenses incurred to get the item out to you.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery is £3.99 and items should be delivered within 1 – 3 working days.

Delivery is Monday to Friday – We aim to despatch all orders next day – Orders placed over the weekend will despatched on the Monday following.

We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments.

In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are not readily available we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of your order – however if stock is due imminently, we may contact you to see if you are happy to wait.

Click and Collect

For your convenience we offer a Click and Collect service – simply select this option at Checkout and bring proof of order, payment method used and ID in store to collect. Click and Collect items are normally available 3 hours from ordering – however if it is urgent then this can be prioritised if you need it sooner simply by coming in to store and requesting.

Returns

To return an item or resolve a product issue with a recent order simply take your item, along with your receipt or order confirmation email back to store or You can always phone us in-store or email us too !

If you are not local please return the item to us by post/ carrier (we suggest you use a tracked service) – please note the Return costs are the customers responsibility. Please Note; If you are not ‘local’ (WA16), your Order Value will be Refunded minus a cost of £1.99 towards the expenses incurred to get the item out to you.

Please note – we must be in receipt of all Returns within 28 days of purchase.

We are happy to offer an Exchange/ Credit Note for any unwanted item in-store.

You are also entitled to a Refund for any items purchased if you have changed your mind for any reason – the goods cannot have been tampered with and must be in perfectly re-saleable condition, with no seals broken or signs of entry – we reserve the right to refuse any return and goods will be held pending collection by the customer. 

Refunds for items where you have simply changed your mind will have the outward bound carriage charges deducted – this will be applied to the original payment method used and normally takes 3-5 working days.

This does not affect your statutory rights – for all goods returned faulty – once approved the full order value including carriage charges will be refunded.

In all cases we reserve the right to refuse redress where we feel appropriate.
